The goal for this project was to design a structure that could section and accommodate a space to the human scale and body.

I wanted to create a transition between a communal and personal space that could impact the environment surrounding it, which is why I chose to use Shoji - like material.

During the making process of this model I was greatly inspired by artist Noguchi’s work as well as the painting “Saint Jerome in his Study” by Antonello da Messina.
